Our Policies

If the product that you have purchased is damaged or the design does not match the listing in any way, please fill out the form as thoroughly as possible. This must be done within 24 hours of receiving your product(s).

We do not require you to deliver the product back to us, as long as the form is filled out thoroughly. We will get back to you as soon as possible with confirmation that your request has been accepted.

All other sales are final.
